You provide a mail forwarding address and choose a schedule for sending mail. We will forward the mail using the instructions you provided us. Our staff will collect, store, and then forward mail as prearranged. *Charges may apply.
Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA)
BSSI is a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) for the United States Postal Service (USPS). We receive mail on your company’s behalf. You will need to sign a USPS Form 1583.
Standard Mail Scan
BSSI emails a document showing each envelope front for identification purposes. This service is a visual representation of your mailbox, allowing you to prioritize the contents and minimize trips to the office.
Premium Mail Scan
BSSI sends you an email with a document showing each envelope you've received. The front and the first page of the envelopes' contents will be visible. You must request additional pages scanned. There is a 10-cent charge for an additional page
Assigned Phone Number
All BSSI phone Answering packages provide a local phone number. The local number provides an ideal image for customers looking to work with a local business.
Auto-Attendant
With all live answering packages, you receive the auto-attendant, which provides six dialing options to a caller.
Custom Greeting
As part of all phone answering packages, we provide a human-recorded greeting customized for your business.
Voicemail to Email
When a caller leaves a voicemail message, the message is emailed to you.
Call Time Scheduler
If you desire, your calls will be routed to one place during business hours and then to another after hours.
Standard Live Answering*
Your calls are answered in your company name with customized messages. After a message is taken, it is sent to you via email or text.
Text to Cell Phone
BSSI will text messages to your cell if you want with the Standard and Premium Live answering packages. You choose to call them immediately or respond later. The text messages are sent to the mobile phone number you provide.
Premium Live Answering*
Your calls are screened, and then numerous options exist. We will forward them to you or someone else, take a message, or direct the call to voicemail.
Find Me Follow Me
Premium Live Answering includes the Find Me Follow Me services, which means your calls are screened and announced to you. Then, you take the call, transfer it to someone else, and have us take a message or send it to voicemail.
Music On Hold
All three phone packages come with music on hold. Respectable music is necessary to present a professional image.
