About Quality Building Company
Quality Building Company is a family-owned and operated business. Bernie Schmidt, the founder of Quality Building Company, graduated from Northwestern University, Chicago with a degree in Civil Structural Engineering and has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Quality Building Company is dedicated to integrity in community sustainability, quality, and customer easement. Serving Chicago, SoCal, and now Denver, Quality Building Company has been remodeling and building homes for decades, always evolving to best serve the community. Our mission at Quality Building Company is to help rebuild and grow the city of Denver. Whether a home remodels, custom build, or commercial property revamp we’re committed to serving our client’s needs in both design and budget; while implementing our Green Method of building with high-quality, non-toxic materials. We hope to expand into all regions of Colorado, and eventually all major cities in the U.S. to spread our green outlook on living. At Quality Building Company we are all about a positive client experience and being green. We want to make it easy for prospective clients to connect with our sales specialists and general contractors in a timely manner through a simple, online platform, and provide our clients with alternative methods for a cleaner way of living. We believe any project you are envisioning can be created. Our customers are our priority and we’ll do what’s best for each individual’s needs. Quality Building Company is currently in one of the fastest growing markets in the U.S., but plan to expand to other growing cities. We want to create a professional community across the country. We plan to do this by developing an online platform to accommodate not only the client, but subcontractors, project managers, and general contractors as well. We are also currently developing one of the U.S.’s first permanent Sustainable Communities, GreenLand LLC. Visit GreenLand’s site here to learn more about our mission to create a safe, sustainable, intentional community.
