Fred is a 1979 graduate of William Paterson University with a degree in Accounting. Since 1989 he has been in the lending business most of that time was spent in the mortgage business. Fred is an expert in FHA, VA and first time financing. He has always been a top producer. The last two years he has spent working as an Account Executive with Everest Business Capital. His specialty is now in alternative finance and private financing. Our main focus is helping real estate investors in the bridge financing in the purchase, renovation of new construction of single family and mixed use properties. Fred is Past President of the Wayne Rotary, Past President of the Wayne Jaycees and Past President of the Wanaque Jaycees.
