Little did I know that I would one day make my home here. After graduating with a degree in Aviation from Utah State University, I returned to Alaska to fly. I quickly realized that the schedule and life of a professional pilot was not for me because I wanted more time with my family. During college, I had worked with my father in his Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning franchise and the life of an entrepreneur appealed to me. After doing some research on the carpet cleaning industry in Alaska, I found that the weather extremes created an incredible need for low-moisture carpet cleaning. In the damp summertime, many homes could benefit from a cleaning system that used less water. In the winter, Heaven’s Best hose-free cleaning system means less heat-loss during the process. I already had experience with the cleaning system, loved the formulation of the cleaning products, and the results that could be achieved with them.
