Cytation was founded by Kevin J. High, a Wall Street veteran whose career began in 1987. Over the years, Kevin served as an Investment Advisor and Investment Banker with Lehman Brothers and later as a Vice President at Smith Barney, developing extensive expertise in capital markets, structured finance, and private placements. In 1998, he took the original Cytation public, establishing it as a respected technology and financial services company. After selling its assets to Monster.com shortly before 9/11, Kevin shifted his focus to real estate, becoming an early pioneer in vacation rentals and boutique hotels, acquiring, renovating, and marketing unique properties long before Airbnb existed.
