We talk to a lot of people daily who are not sure if we can help them with a lost key. A reputable, professionally trained locksmith doesn't need a key or a key code to make a key. We have several methods through training and years of experience to get a new key generated for our customers.

Ignitions Repaired or Changed

Not every lost key is an ignition change, but on occasions that is the only option. Our first thought is how we can best serve our customers, and try to offer options that will save the customer money.

We work towards same day service on every call. If a specific special order of a product is needed that changes the plan. We offer options to customers for appointments to meet their schedule as well. We know at the time of the service request what the charges will be, and we go with the lowest cost alternative if possible. There is no having to wait till the locksmith gets there - we know to the penny. If you aren't able to get a quote during the initial call you are probably going to end up in a bait and switch situation. Read reviews - don't start with the 5 star go to the 1 star reviews first. Ask all the right questions. Don't be taken advantage of in a vulnerable situation.

The VIN number itself doesn't have key information. The VIN is run through a code source and can add $25.00 - $100.00 to the price of your key and can take up to 2 hours or more to return the information. It can be done but cost and time are not one of the advantages of using the VIN.

Yes! A mobile locksmith service can come to you alleviating your having to tow your vehicle to the dealership, mechanic, or a store-front locksmith. There are many different methods trained locksmiths have available for making keys.

Proof of ownership/residency is required for service. That is a picture ID matching vehicle or residential documents. Acceptable documents are a Drivers License, Insurance, Registration, Utility Bill in your name at that address, lease, etc.

Our ETA's are typically 30 mins or less. Some things affect our times such as traffic tie-ups, increased call volume, or road conditions. We stay in contact with you every step of the way should there be issues.

We are normally same day service. There are occasions when we would have to go into the next day's schedule but that is rare. A special order could also delay to the following day.

Costs depend on the year, make, and model of your vehicle. Other considerations in cost are the labor, cost of the key hardware, and travel outside of our service area. All of this is discussed in the initial call. We cover every cost you could incur before we ever set an appointment.
