FAQ

The industry standard of 20% is automatically billed into each reservation. However, if you liked your driver and our overall service you are welcome to tip your driver in additional to what is automatically billed if you wish just never required.

We provide services throughout Indiana. For outside Indiana just call to check availability and requirements to provide outside of Indiana transportation. We also can arrange travel in other cities from our global network of affiliates where we can set up travel in other cities when flying out of Indianapolis.

Weekdays we typically require a 3-hour minimum. Weekends and Holidays typically 4-hour minimum and all sporting events, concerts, and proms require a 6-12 hour minimums.

Yes we accept all major credit cards. We also can accept approved ACH and approved Zelle or Apple Pay. No debit cards and no personal checks. Company checks upon approval.

Yes we can do a quote over the phone or by submitting via our website. Response time is with in 24 hours.
