Nopal by Taco Block is Wheat Ridge's most-loved Mexican taco restaurant, serving Denver metro since 2006. Born from humble beginnings as a food trailer at Virginia and Federal, we've grown into a full restaurant at 6551 W 44th Ave — and we still make every taco the same way: fresh, authentic, and with heart. Our menu features a wide variety of tacos including al pastor, asada, barbacoa, and vegetarian options made with nopales (cactus), corn, rice, pineapple, and our signature salsa aguacate. Everything is made with the freshest ingredients and generous portions — because we believe great Mexican food shouldn't cut corners.
